What to Expect
We ask that all patients complete their paperwork online before their first visit. The first visit will take approximately 1.5 hours. It's important to allow the full time for a thorough evaluation. If you cannot complete the paperwork beforehand, please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals or incomplete forms may require rescheduling and could incur a fee. Payment is required upfront to reserve your spot, and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may also be subject to fees.
Comprehensive Exam
You'll receive a tour of our office and meet with the doctor for a detailed history and evaluation, which includes:
X-rays (as needed, excluding pregnancy or children under 7 with no trauma) to assess structural patterns.
Posture Analysis using photos and weight distribution scales to evaluate skeletal and muscular alignment.
Report of Findings
We review your results and measurements, discuss your individualized care plan, and answer any questions. You'll also have the opportunity to begin care and receive your first adjustment.
Insurance & Payment
We accept insurance, HSA/FSA, and all major credit cards. Discounted cash care plan rates are available.
Discounts for first responders, military, teachers, and students with valid ID.
In-network with: Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare

Exclusions
New patient offer excludes: personal injury, workers' compensation, and Medicare patients.
