New Patient Instructions

We ask that all patients complete their paperwork online before their first visit. Each of your first two visits is scheduled for 45 minutes, so it’s important to allow the full time for a thorough evaluation. If you cannot complete the paperwork beforehand, please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals or incomplete forms may require rescheduling and could incur a fee. Payment is required upfront to reserve your spot, and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may also be subject to fees.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You’ll receive a tour of our office and meet with the doctor for a detailed history and evaluation, which includes:

    • X-rays (as needed, excluding pregnancy or children under 7 with no trauma) to assess structural patterns.

    • Posture Analysis using photos and weight distribution scales to evaluate skeletal and muscular alignment.

    • Heart Rate Variability (HRV) scan to assess autonomic nervous system function and guide stress-management techniques.

  • We review your results and measurements, discuss your individualized care plan, and answer any questions. You’ll also have the opportunity to begin care and receive your first adjustment.

Measuring your Progress

At InnerLux Healing Collective, we track objective findings throughout your care to ensure measurable results, as monitoring your progress is essential for achieving optimal outcomes. After reviewing your history and exam results, your doctor will explain what she discovered and how it relates to your condition. We provide personalized care recommendations tailored to your health goals, empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey.

Financial Responsibilities

Your doctor will review all financial details during your report of findings. We accept insurance, HSA/FSA accounts, and all major credit cards. Our fees are competitive for the Denver area, and we offer discounted cash rates to ensure cost doesn’t prevent you from receiving care. Additional discounts are available for first responders, military personnel, teachers, and college students with a valid ID.

Disclaimer: Although welcome for treatment, these patients are excluded from new patient offers: personal injury, workers’ compensation claims, and MEDICARE. Additionally, MEDICARE never covers the cost of examinations or X-rays (most likely required in our office to receive care) and are subject to full service fees. MEDICAID, TRICARE, and other government healthcare program participants do not offer chiropractic benefits; however, you are able to come in as a cash-based patient. New Patient exams are never submitted to traditional insurance, but adjustments may be eligible for submission depending on coverage.
